At MarkLeigh Courier Services, we can also arrange Next Day collection and delivery of parcels in the Mainland UK using various major overnight carriers.

We can save you the time of ringing around various companies and creating accounts with them, and is usually much cheaper than the post office! No need to take to collection points or queueing in Post Offices, if you can find one near you these days!

We can arrange collection from any UK Mainland address, home, office or neighbours/relatives between 8..00am and 6.30pm.

Sorry but we cannot give times for collection or delivery as this is outside our control.

Parcels can be anything from a box, to a folded pushchair, empty or laden suitcases, tyres, boxed alloy wheels, etc...if in doubt please ask!

Items such as TVs, Monitors, Computers, other electronics, fragile, breakables, antiques and furniture, etc are accepted on a non-compensation basis only and will not be insured by any carriers, so you send at your own risk!

This is a dedicated service for those urgent time-critical items mostly for businesses, but also for domestic customers who wish to pay a premium rate to receive their items quickly.

Prices for Premium Sameday Service start at £2.00 per mile for short distances upto 50 miles, and down to £1.10 per mile over long distances of 200+ miles.

Our Same Day Service is not restricted to the standard areas we normally cover as 'Man and Van'. You will be paying a premium for a same day service, thus we will go anywhere!

MarkLeigh Courier Services also offer a Man and Small Van service from our base in Leigh, Greater Manchester, for those non-urgent items that cannot be posted or sent by conventional overnight carriers, e.g. Royal Mail, DHL, etc.

You can use this service for items like small items of furniture, small tables, chairs, chest of drawers, etc, so long as it doesn't exceed the maximum stated dimensions of our vehicles.

We try to remain competitive and offer the best value for money on this service, by planning these jobs around our other work, therefore delivery times can range from 7-14 days dependent on the collection and delivery areas.

 

Payment for this kind of service is usually cash on delivery, however if you wish to pay by other means, then this will be required before work commences.
